What to Expect During a Session
A Sex Doula is a trained facilitator who supports clients in exploring intimacy, embodiment, communication, and erotic awareness through structured, consent-based practices.
In I2MIC sessions, you may experience:
Nervous system regulation before any erotic exploration Explicit consent mapping (Wheel of Consent-informed language) Guided touch practices (self-touch or agreed facilitation, if applicable) Voice activation and boundary rehearsal Pleasure mapping and sensation awareness Erotic energy circulation techniques Integration and grounding Nothing happens without consent. Everything is discussed before it is introduced. You remain in control of your experience.
