This quick session is to connect, explore your needs, and to see if we’re the right fit. This call, via phone or Zoom, can also help you to see which services I provide are the best fit for you. If you find that you are ready to book your session with me after this call, the call amount goes toward your booked session.
Cancellation Policy
At Mansão Luxe™ / The Pleasure Suite™, your time is sacred—and so is ours. We know life happens, so here’s how our cancellation policy works to keep things fair and smooth: Cancel 24 hours or more in advance of your session: No charge. You can reschedule without any penalty or receive a session credit that you can use within 30 days of the cancelled appointment. We love flexibility, but we also love respecting everyone’s time. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or same-day cancellations: A flat $50 fee applies. This covers the short-notice disruption. No exceptions. Our spaces and practitioners are reserved just for you, and last-minute cancellations make it impossible to offer that time to someone else. Rescheduling may be an option depending on the circumstances. Deposits: If a deposit was required to secure your spot, it is non-refundable; however, it may be applied towards rescheduling your session at our discretion.
