Perhaps you feel the pull of your ancestors, or you are simply ready to understand the energies that shape you. Whatever your reason, this work invites you into a profound conversation between your present self and your ancestral field, offering insights that can illuminate your path in ways that purely intellectual understanding cannot.
Cancellation Policy
At Mansão Luxe™ / The Pleasure Suite™, your time is sacred—and so is ours. We know life happens, so here’s how our cancellation policy works to keep things fair and smooth: Cancel 24 hours or more in advance of your session: No charge. You can reschedule without any penalty or receive a session credit that you can use within 30 days of the cancelled appointment. We love flexibility, but we also love respecting everyone’s time. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or same-day cancellations: A flat $50 fee applies. This covers the short-notice disruption. No exceptions. Our spaces and practitioners are reserved just for you, and last-minute cancellations make it impossible to offer that time to someone else. Rescheduling may be an option depending on the circumstances. Deposits: If a deposit was required to secure your spot, it is non-refundable; however, it may be applied towards rescheduling your session at our discretion.
