No need to decide in advance—simply book your time, and together, we’ll flow with what feels most aligned for your mind, body, and spirit. Whether it's energy clearing, emotional recalibration, or intuitive insight, your session will be bespoke and as unique as you are. Cancellation Policy
At Mansão Luxe / The Pleasure Suite™, your time is sacred—and so is ours. We know life happens, so here’s how our cancellation policy works to keep things fair and smooth: Cancel 48+ hours before your session: No charge. You can reschedule or cancel freely without any penalty. We love flexibility, but we also love respecting everyone’s time. Cancel within 24 hours but more than 1 hour before your session: A flat $50 fee applies. This covers the short-notice disruption and helps us hold the space for clients who need it. Cancel less than 1 hour before your session or fail to show (no call/no show): You’re looking at $75 or 50% of the session cost, whichever is higher. No exceptions. Our spaces and practitioners are reserved just for you, and last-minute cancellations make it impossible to offer that time to someone else. Deposits: If a deposit was required to hold your spot, it is non-refundable, but it may be applied toward rescheduling your session at our discretion. We understan
